Lynnfield

Lynnfield lies north of Boston with a population of over 12,000 residents. Mostly a residential town, Lynnfield offers easy access by both Routes 128 and 95 making travel by car simple. Spanning across over 10 square miles, Lynnfield lies along the western border of Essex County, and is flanked by the towns of Wakefield, Reading, Peabody, Lynn and Saugus. Lynnfield’s town center is a classic green with the historic meeting house as the true center of its common.

The town’s residents live mostly in single family homes as well as townhomes and apartments as the primary housing stock. Lynnfield Public Schools operates the area’s school system for the residents. Lynnfield High School is the district's public high school. The area is also served by Lynnfield Middle School, Huckleberry Hill Elementary School and Summer Street Elementary School.
