Beverly

Beverly is both a residential and commercial community that lies on the north shore of Massachusetts. Including the areas of both Beverly Farms and Prides Crossing, it has a population of approximately 40,000 residents. Beverly is often referred to as the “Birthplace of America’s Navy” where the first ship commissioned for the US Military had sailed from Beverly harbor back in 1775.

Today Beverly is a highly sought after town by many. It is home to notable landmarks including Endicott College as well as both the The North Shore Music Theater and The Cabot Street Cinema Theater. Desirable sections of both Beverly Farms and Prides Crossing were once peppered with summer cottages owned by wealthy vacationers from New York State and are now home to many year round residents. Accessibility to BEverly is made easy by Route 128 and the MBTA commuter rail which provides service to Boston’s North Station.
